The Bergara Wilderness comes with a very solid and very nicely painted stock, add the ultra smooth action and caliber of choice, make a sure winner at this price point. Unless one goes custom action at double the price it is hard to beat a sub MOA rifle that comes from legendary barrel maker. The only thing is I wish the B14 line comes with floating bolt head, however it is in their premium line and that is what I will add to my collection next.
I was actually debating between a Christensen Arms and Bergara, and did my own due diligent over many forums for the pros and cons between them. I am glad that I went with the Bergara at this price point, not wanting to pay extras for carbon fiber.
The Bergara is hefty and solid, which is needed for the magnum range caliber. If you want a 6 pound rifle then carbon fiber stock and barrel is the way to go, then you should consider the Christensen Arms lines.
