I just received my M70 today, incredible! The fit and finish is almost perfect I think for the price the wood furniture could have been touched up a bit, it’s very nice but could use a little … gloss, I wouldn’t dare take any stars away for that though. I took it out to the range and put 100 rounds through her, zero issues she cycled beautifully and went bang with every squeeze of the trigger. The surplus Yugo mags I picked up work perfectly as they are already broken in, it will take a few loads to get the mag supplied to work as well.
I bought this as a birthday present for myself, I was on the fence between this model and the similar and slightly cheaper priced Century Arms Wasr, I’m glad I spent a few dollars more and went with the Zastava, I am over joyed with the purchase, now I just need to get more ammo!! That thirty round mag goes quick! If your in the market for an AK you can’t go wrong with the M70 it’s worth every penny!
